We recommend playing on devices with at least 3GB RAM for optimal performance.
The minimum requirements are as follows: Please note that the minimum requirements can be changed in the future.
- Android version 6 / 2.5GB RAM
- iOS version 14 / 2GB RAM (from iPhone 6s; iPad Air 2; iPad Mini 4; iPad 5)
- 800MB of free space
- Stable internet connection

Ensuring fair play for all is our first priority.
We will ban any accounts that have been used for abuse and will rescind in-game rewards and benefits earned through fraud.
■ Permanent ban
- Usage of harmful 3rd party apps.
- Installing unauthorized versions of My Little Paradise.
- Purchasing in-game resources and Blue Gems from sources other than the in-game shop.
■ Partial or complete retrieval of progress
- Bypassing standard routes or completing content unusually fast through bug abuse.
- Making profits from the account (advertisement, spamming, selling in-game currencies, etc.), and stealing personal information.
- Stealing and selling important information, which can be used to determine game passwords of certain users.
Caution:
Please contact the customer support center if you think your account has been wrongfully banned or your game record has been mistakenly retrieved.

Transaction or sale of in-game currency by 3rd parties who are not authorized by BucketPlay is illegal.
If you purchase in-game currency from 3rd party websites or apps, the following problems might occur:
- Loss of game account and game progress.
- Loss of bank data access authority.
- Illegal purchases using stolen player data.
Caution! We do not allow fraud.
Data access authority for the accounts that are involved with such activities will never be restored.
Please contact customer support if you think your account has been wrongfully banned.

Anyone who uses unauthorized means to take precedence over others is considered an illegal user,
as they have violated the Terms of Service and fair play policy of BucketPlay.
We can detect any and all illegal activities, and the corresponding user can be penalized.
1. BucketPlay will ban users who have done any of the following activities:
- Installing an unauthorized version of My Little Paradise
- Using 3rd party software that affects gameplay (earning in-game currency or resources, etc.)
- Purchasing in-game resources (including Blue Gems) from sources other than the in-game shop
2. BucketPlay has the authority to reset the results of the illegal activities.
The following cases can be considered as, but not limited to, illegal activities.
- Bug abuse. unusually fast progress, violating in-game rules, altering gameplay methods.
- Making profits from the account (advertisement, spamming, selling in-game currencies, etc.).
- Stealing or selling important information that can be used to determine game passwords of certain users.
Revealing any data or information to other companies.

We do not allow abuse and always check all your reports.
Please contact us through our customer support or tap on the red report button while visiting the resort.
Please send us the following information when you report suspicious activity:
- Resort name, level, and club name of the suspected player. (an attached screenshot would be much appreciated).
- The reason why you think the player is a cheater.
The following description might back up your suspicion, so please mention one or more items when you send the report:
- Lobby information does not match the resort level.
- The resort is a lot different from other resorts of the same level
(e.g. all land expansions have been unlocked even with a low level).
- There are numerous identical decorations that can only be purchased with Blue Gems.
The cases listed above may not be direct evidence of illegal activity.
Please use your best judgment and game experience before sending a report.

My Little Paradise has a special filter that prevents offensive or inappropriate resort names,
but some might find a way to bypass it.
Inappropriate content can also be a profile picture.
If you have found such inappropriate content,
please contact the Support Team. It will be much appreciated if you attach the following information:
- A screenshot of the inappropriate content.
- A screenshot of the player’s resort name.
